TDIScan Tool
-
The TDIScan Tool provides the end user a simple to use,
graphical interface for generating JTAG tests. The tool will read
the circuit description, BSDL files and trace JTAG chains. Once
the chain have been traced, the user has the flexibility to generate a
variety of JTAG tests, including chain disables. This tool is currently
in beta testing.

PODTweaker Tool
-
The PODTweaker Tool gives the GenRad 228x™/TS12x™ user a
graphical method for making Pin Opens Database changes for both Opens
Xpress™ and Junctions
Xpress™. The tool uses a Graphical User
Interface (GUI) approach to making POD debug changes. This tool is currently
available upon request.

AutoPIC Tool
-
The AutoPIC Tool gives the GenRad 228x™/TS12x™ user a
graphical method for generating Programmable Interface Controller
device models. This tool uses a Graphical User
Interface (GUI) approach to specifying the required parameters for
generating the PIC16F8XX device programming model. This tool is currently
available upon request.

AutoQC Tool
-
The AutoQC Tool gives the GenRad 228x™/TS12x™ user a
graphical method for analyzing parametric data using SPC techniques.
The SPC analysis involved calculating the Precision to Tolerance
Capability Ratio (CR) for each parametric measurement that is logged
using GenRad's Data Logging™ feature. This tool uses a Graphical User
Interface (GUI) for displaying the parametric data, along with other
important information. The CR is used to quickly identify those
component test that will ultimately show up as "false"
failures during production testing.
