TDIScan provides ICT developers with the ability to generate JTAG vectors on the GenRad platform. TDIScan can generate stand-alone single-device tests, chain tests and superior chain disable vectors. TDIscan can generate Interconnect and Virtual Pin tests, along with the ability to break-up a device test to reduce muxing overhead (pre- and post- Nail Assignment).
